At BeaverCraft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your woodworking tools and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all blades are safely secured and protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our designated quality control warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned tools, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
